The production process of pipe clamps
1. ** Material Selection ** : Select high-strength and corrosion-resistant steel or stainless steel as the main material.
2. ** Design and Mold Making ** : Design the size and structure of the pipe clamp according to the actual application requirements and make the casting mold.
3. Casting or forging:
- ** Casting ** : After melting the metal material, it is injected into the mold to form the rough blank of the tube clamp.
- ** Forging ** : Bending metal materials into the desired shape through a forging press.

Packaging materials

Small metal stamping parts are commonly made of plastic bags, plastic boxes, etc.

Medium-sized stamping parts, paper boxes or cartons are commonly used, which can provide certain cushioning protection and are environmentally friendly.

Large or heavy stamping parts, pallet packaging can provide better support and protection, facilitating forklift handling.

In special circumstances, metal packaging is used, such as when higher protective strength is required or when moisture-proof and rust-proof requirements are needed.

 

Packaging technology

Bulk packaging: The stamped parts are directly placed into the packaging container, which is suitable for products with regular shapes and not easy to be damaged.

Pallet packaging: Place the stamped parts on pallets and then seal them with plastic film or cartons for easy stacking and transportation.

Tape and reel packaging: For some small stamping parts, such as electronic components, tape or reels are used for packaging to facilitate automated assembly.

Cushioning protection: Add cushioning materials such as foam and sponge inside the package to prevent the stamped parts from being damaged due to collision during transportation.
