Stamping is a forming process that relies on presses and dies to apply external forces to plates, strips, pipes and profiles to produce plastic deformation or separation to obtain a workpiece of the desired shape and size (stamping). Stamping and forging are both plastic processing (or pressure processing) and are collectively called forging. The blanks for stamping are mainly hot-rolled and cold-rolled steel plates and strips. At present, our factory has 40 sets of small, medium and large punching machines and three laser cutting machines, which can make various types of continuous dies and single punching dies.

Metal deep drawing is the process of deforming sheet metal material into cylindrical or box-shaped parts by stamping, ring pulling or metal die. Deep drawing is usually carried out on a double-action press with an anti-wrinkle platen, which effectively prevents the raised edges from wrinkling when they are pulled into the steel die. Deep drawing technology is very widely used in the production process. Deep drawing is used in many industries, for example, it can be used in the automotive industry to produce auto parts, and it can also be used to manufacture household products.
