Introduction to Black Galvanized Products

The manufacturing process of black galvanizing usually includes the following key steps:

1. ** Cleaning ** : First, place the metal parts to be treated in the cleaning tank and use an alkaline cleaning agent to remove the oil stains and impurities on the surface.
2. ** Pickling ** : After cleaning, the parts are placed in the pickling tank to use an acidic solution to remove the oxide layer and rust on the surface.
3. ** Pickling Neutralization ** : After pickling, the parts need to undergo neutralization treatment to remove the residual acidic solution and prevent it from adversely affecting the quality of the subsequent coating.
4. Galvanizing: After neutralization, the parts are placed in the galvanizing bath, and a uniform and dense zinc layer is formed on their surface through electrolytic reaction, thereby enhancing the corrosion resistance.
5. ** Black Passivation treatment ** : After galvanizing is completed, the parts are immersed in a special black passivation solution to form a black compound or oxide layer on the surface of the zinc layer.
6. ** Post-treatment ** : Finally, carry out post-treatment steps such as cleaning and drying to ensure that the surface of the parts is clean and free of residues.

Packaging materials

Small metal stamping parts are commonly made of plastic bags, plastic boxes, etc.

Medium-sized stamping parts, paper boxes or cartons are commonly used, which can provide certain cushioning protection and are environmentally friendly.

Large or heavy stamping parts, pallet packaging can provide better support and protection, facilitating forklift handling.

In special circumstances, metal packaging is used, such as when higher protective strength is required or when moisture-proof and rust-proof requirements are needed.

 

Packaging technology

Bulk packaging: The stamped parts are directly placed into the packaging container, which is suitable for products with regular shapes and not easy to be damaged.

Pallet packaging: Place the stamped parts on pallets and then seal them with plastic film or cartons for easy stacking and transportation.

Tape and reel packaging: For some small stamping parts, such as electronic components, tape or reels are used for packaging to facilitate automated assembly.

Cushioning protection: Add cushioning materials such as foam and sponge inside the package to prevent the stamped parts from being damaged due to collision during transportation.
