Metal Bracket 

Stamping metal bracket are processed through stamping technology to shape metal sheets into support structures with certain shapes, sizes and functions.   Stamping is an efficient metal processing technique.   By applying pressure to metal sheets through dies and stamping equipment, it causes plastic deformation or separation, thereby obtaining the desired part shape.
1.   Raw Material Selection
The main raw material of the stamped metal bracket is metal sheet.   Common materials include:
Carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum alloy, galvanized steel plate.
2.   Stamping process
Blanking, bending, stretching, forming.
3.   Surface treatment  : This includes painting, electroplating, anodizing, etc., to enhance the corrosion resistance and aesthetic appeal of the support.
Welding : For complex bracket structures, it may be necessary to weld multiple stamped parts.
Assembly : Assemble the stamped parts with other components to form a complete bracket structure.

Packaging technology

Small metal stamping parts are commonly made of plastic bags, plastic boxes, etc.

Medium-sized stamping parts, paper boxes or cartons are commonly used, which can provide certain cushioning protection and are environmentally friendly.

Large or heavy stamping parts, pallet packaging can provide better support and protection, facilitating forklift handling.

In special circumstances, metal packaging is used, such as when higher protective strength is required or when moisture-proof and rust-proof requirements are needed.

Bulk packaging: The stamped parts are directly placed into the packaging container, which is suitable for products with regular shapes and not easy to be damaged.

Pallet packaging: Place the stamped parts on pallets and then seal them with plastic film or cartons for easy stacking and transportation.

Tape and reel packaging: For some small stamping parts, such as electronic components, tape or reels are used for packaging to facilitate automated assembly.

Cushioning protection: Add cushioning materials such as foam and sponge inside the package to prevent the stamped parts from being damaged due to collision during transportation.
