Product Description

Deep drawing tube

The drawn tube is processed into a tube with a certain size and shape through the drawing process from the tube blank. Stretching process is a metal processing technology. By applying external force, the tube blank is elongated along the axial direction and contracted radially, thereby achieving the shaping of the tube.
Ii. Production Process
1. Raw Material Selection
The raw materials for drawn tubes are usually metal tube blanks, such as carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum alloy, copper alloy, etc.
2. Stretching process
- ** Cold drawing ** : Stretching is carried out at room temperature, and the tube blank is drawn into tubes of the required size through a die.
3. Follow-up Processing
The stretched tubes usually require subsequent processing, such as annealing, pickling, polishing, etc.
Stretched tubes are widely used in fields such as mechanical manufacturing, automobiles, aerospace, construction, and electronics.
