Manufacturing process
CNC machining: Using computer numerical control (CNC) machines such as milling and turning to remove excess parts from solid materials to obtain the desired shape and size. This method is applicable to high-precision and customized designs.
Sheet metal processing: Forming the required shell shape by cutting, bending, stamping and welding metal sheets. This method is cost-effective and suitable for large-scale production.
Stamping forming: By applying pressure to a metal sheet with a die, it causes plastic deformation to obtain the desired shape. This method is highly efficient and low-cost, and is suitable for large-scale production.
Welding: For complex-structured casings, multiple metal components need to be joined together through welding.
Surface treatment
Painting, electroplating and polishing: To enhance the corrosion resistance and aesthetic appeal of the casing, surface treatments such as painting, electroplating or polishing are usually carried out.
Anodizing: Especially for aluminum alloy casings, anodizing can enhance their corrosion resistance and wear resistance.

Q: How soon can I get reply after send inquiry?

A: The drawing determines the length of time,Generally samples can be sent out within 10 working days after product drawing confirmed by both side.  
 
Q: What file format can you accept for my products?
A: 1.We can accept varies format, step, stp, jpg,pdf, dwg, dxf,3d and so on.    
     2.If you do not have a prepared CAD file, we can accept a scan of a hand drawn design.  
 
Q: If I don't have drawing, how can I get sample ?
A: If you don't have any drawing,you can send us your sample, we will scan it and make 2D and 3D drawing first, then make sample for you.
