Metal Cabinet

1. "Design and Customization" :
Design the size, structure and function of the metal cabinet based on the customer's requirements and usage scenarios.
2. Material Selection:
Commonly used metal materials include cold-rolled steel plates, galvanized steel plates, stainless steel and aluminum alloys.
3. Cutting and Processing:
Use equipment such as shearing machines and laser cutting machines to cut metal plates into the required dimensions.
The cut boards are processed by bending, punching and other procedures to form the basic structure of the cabinet.
4. Welding and Assembly:
The components are joined together by welding to ensure the structural stability of the cabinet.
Grind the welded cabinets to remove weld beads and burrs, making the surface smooth.
5. "Surface Treatment" :
Spray painting, electroplating or powder coating treatment is applied to the metal surface to enhance its corrosion resistance and aesthetic appeal.
6. Installation and Commissioning:
Assemble and install the processed metal cabinet components.

Packaging materials

Small metal stamping parts are commonly made of plastic bags, plastic boxes, etc.

Medium-sized stamping parts, paper boxes or cartons are commonly used, which can provide certain cushioning protection and are environmentally friendly.

Large or heavy stamping parts, pallet packaging can provide better support and protection, facilitating forklift handling.

In special circumstances, metal packaging is used, such as when higher protective strength is required or when moisture-proof and rust-proof requirements are needed.

 

Packaging technology

Bulk packaging: The stamped parts are directly placed into the packaging container, which is suitable for products with regular shapes and not easy to be damaged.

Pallet packaging: Place the stamped parts on pallets and then seal them with plastic film or cartons for easy stacking and transportation.

Tape and reel packaging: For some small stamping parts, such as electronic components, tape or reels are used for packaging to facilitate automated assembly.

Cushioning protection: Add cushioning materials such as foam and sponge inside the package to prevent the stamped parts from being damaged due to collision during transportation.
