 Gold zinc plating

Colored zinc plating is a process where a colored passivation film is formed on the surface of galvanized metals through passivation treatment. This film can significantly enhance the corrosion resistance of the metal surface.

Features

- ** Strong corrosion resistance ** : The corrosion resistance of the colored passivation film is more than five times higher than that of the ordinary white passivation film. Moreover, when the surface of the passivation film is scratched, hexavalent chromium can "re-passivate" the scratched area, repair the damage and restore the film to its original integrity.

- ** Strong decorative effect ** : Galvanized zinc can present a variety of colors, such as rainbow, black, etc., and has a good decorative effect.

- ** Good adhesion ** : The coating is firmly bonded to the substrate and is not easy to fall off.

Environmental friendliness

The traditional zinc plating process uses hexavalent chromium, which is somewhat toxic and poses certain hazards to the environment and human health. With the increasing environmental protection requirements, trivalent chromium or chromium-free passivation processes are gradually being adopted now to reduce the impact on the environment.
