  Machining process of CNC TURNING parts
1. Turning the outer circle  : By cutting along the outer surface of the workpiece with a turning tool, the required diameter of the outer circle is processed.
2.  Inner hole  : By cutting along the inner surface of the workpiece with a turning tool, the required inner hole diameter is machined.
3.  Slotting  : Use a slotting tool to cut out the required groove shapes on the surface of the workpiece, such as annular grooves, rectangular grooves, etc.
4.  Thread processing  : Thread is machined on the surface of the workpiece through a thread turning tool or a thread milling cutter.
5.  Surface Processing  : By controlling the movement trajectory of the turning tool through numerical control programming, complex surface shapes are processed.

THE working principle of the CNC lathe
The working principle of a CNC lathe is that the processing program is input into the control system of the machine tool through the computer control system (CNC). The control system precisely controls the spindle rotation, tool feed and cutting depth of the lathe and other actions according to the program instructions, thereby achieving the turning processing of the workpiece. 1.  Dimensional Inspection  : Use high-precision measuring tools (such as micrometers, calipers, three-coordinate measuring machines, etc.) to inspect the dimensions of the processed parts to ensure they meet the design requirements.
2.  Surface Quality Inspection  : Inspect the roughness and appearance quality of the parts' surfaces to ensure they are smooth, free of scratches and defects.
3.  Hardness Testing  : For some parts that require hardness, hardness testing is necessary to ensure that the hardness of the material meets the requirements.

Packaging & Shipping

Packaging materials

Small metal stamping parts are commonly made of plastic bags, plastic boxes, etc.

Medium-sized stamping parts, paper boxes or cartons are commonly used, which can provide certain cushioning protection and are environmentally friendly.

Large or heavy stamping parts, pallet packaging can provide better support and protection, facilitating forklift handling.

Packaging technology

Bulk packaging: The stamped parts are directly placed into the packaging container, which is suitable for products with regular shapes and not easy to be damaged.
