Introduction to Metal Stamping Brackets
Metal stamping brackets are functional structural components made by plastic deformation processes such as blanking, bending and stretching of metal sheets through a press and dies. It not only serves to support, fix and position, but also can withstand mechanical or thermal loads. It is a core component of "lightweight, high-strength and low-cost" solutions in industries such as automobiles, electronics, construction and home appliances.
Common materials
Low-carbon steel (SPCC, SPHC), galvanized steel (SECC), stainless steel (SUS304, SUS316L), aluminum/aluminum alloy (5052, 6061), copper alloy (C2680, C5191), etc. The thickness range is 0.1mm to 6.0mm.
Key process steps
CAD/CAE design → Progressive die/compound die manufacturing → High-speed punch press forming (blanking + bending + stretching + flanging) → Deburring/tapping/riveting → Surface treatment (electroplating, powder coating, anodizing) → Online dimensional and functional inspection (CMM, inspection tools)

Packaging materials
Small metal stamping parts are commonly made of plastic bags, plastic boxes, etc.
Medium-sized stamping parts, paper boxes or cartons are commonly used, which can provide certain cushioning protection and are environmentally friendly.
