Product Description
Stator Rotor
Stator:
The external stationary part of an electric motor or generator, including the frame, laminated core and coil windings. When alternating current is injected, the stator generates a rotating magnetic field.
Rotor:
The rotating part inside the motor is located within the stator. It captures the magnetic field, converts electrical energy into mechanical energy and outputs torque.
Material preparation:
Silicon steel sheets, insulating materials, copper wires or aluminum wires
Core processing
The insulated silicon steel sheets are laminated into the required shape as per the design requirements, usually rectangular or circular, and then stamped into the stator core.
Winding manufacturing
Coil forming, wire insertion, welding, insulation treatment

Packaging & Shipping
Packaging materials
Small metal stamping parts are commonly made of plastic bags, plastic boxes, etc.
Medium-sized stamping parts, paper boxes or cartons are commonly used, which can provide certain cushioning protection and are environmentally friendly.
Large or heavy stamping parts, pallet packaging can provide better support and protection, facilitating forklift handling.

Packaging technology
