Product Description
The manufacturing process of the deep drawing tube usually includes the following key steps:
1. Raw Material preparation : Select appropriate metal materials, such as steel, aluminum, copper, etc., which are usually provided in the form of tube billets or plates.
2. Forming : Raw materials are processed into tube blanks through extrusion, rolling or welding and other techniques. For seamless tubes, extrusion or rolling processes are usually adopted; For welded pipes, tube blanks are formed by welding plates.
3. Stretching : Place the tube blank into the stretching machine, and apply tensile force to the tube blank through the stretching die, causing it to elongate along the axial direction while uniformly thinning the wall thickness. During the stretching process, the diameter and wall thickness of the pipe will be adjusted according to the design of the die to achieve the required size and shape.
4. Heat treatment : After stretching, the tubes usually need to undergo heat treatment to eliminate internal stress and improve the mechanical and processing properties of the material. Heat treatment processes include annealing, normalizing, quenching and tempering, etc.
5. Surface Treatment : According to application requirements, surface treatment is carried out on the drawn tubes, such as polishing, sandblasting, electroplating, coating, etc., to enhance their corrosion resistance and aesthetic appeal.
